Should you need service for your Emerson equipment, please contact us either by phone, fax, traditional mail, or email and provide us the following information:

Once your service request is received, a member of our technical support team will contact you the same day by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Should you contact us during off hours or when all technicians are unavailable, your request will be delivered to our service manager and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Current Emerson Compression Testers and Crush Testers are shipped and capable of remote service!

This feature enables one of our factory qualified engineers to remotely connect to your system and investigate a problem, making repairs if required or noting any hardware issues that must be addressed by physical replacement.

Times

Our remote service sessions begin Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm EST. Typically for system stability explorations, we like to begin between 8:00 am and 10:00 am EST due to the possible length of support for such cases.

Connectivity

Customer systems need to be connected to the internet for the remote session. The machine’s PC has both WiFi and hard-wired connections available.

If you do not have an available internet connection, please use a cell phone hot spot to connect your machine PC’s WiFi to it. Once connected to the internet, you will be asked to launch the TeamViewer application on the desktop and email the Emerson Apparatus engineer the ID and password BEFORE the session is scheduled to start.

Emerson Apparatus warranties its products against faulty workmanship or use of defective materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. The liability of Emerson Apparatus under this warranty is limited to exchanging, repairing, or issuing credit, at its option, for any goods that are returned by the purchaser.

The return shipment freight should be prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Emerson will return the product freight pre-paid. Terms are FOB Gorham, Maine USA.

Emerson’s one-year standard warranty shall be IN LIEU of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose. Emerson Apparatus accepts no responsibility for claims for consequential damages. Any representations, promises, warranties or statements made by Emerson Apparatus’s Agents with respect to merchandise do not constitute warranties and shall be given no force and effect.
